Bradleys Estate Agents, sponsors of Helston Nub News property section, have revealed a quick start to July.
In the Helston office based on Meneage Street, Martin Clements (branch manager), Lorraine Hockley and Paul Suddes (negotiators) all live locally and offer the complete property service in the town.
The agent has shared their latest figures for July, with 79% of their properties selling for or above the asking price in the first two weeks of the month.
Impressive figures in such a short space of time, but, how do they do it? The key things that contribute to this are:
• A sole focus on helping customers find their ideal move.
• All branches working together to find a buyer.
• A local, trusted, and experienced team to guide people through every step of the move.
Martin Clements, Helston Branch Manager told Nub News:
"I truly believe that Bradley's standpoint of not accepting the first offer and to give the marketing of a property of two weeks minimum has led to this figure of 79%.
"It takes time to find the best/right buyer and giving all parties the chance to view and not accepting the first offer has given us the chance to do the best by our sellers."
As a business, Bradleys has built up a strong reputation, something which has been created over time, earning a staggering 8,750 reviews online with 99% of people recommending them.
A couple who are customers of Bradleys spoke about their experience with the estate agent, adding:
"They have been so friendly, helpful, efficient, and they are a brilliant team, we totally trust them."
