Join our friendly and dedicated kitchen team who are on a mission to serve the best food possible and make a difference.

We are recruiting a Sous Chef for a high-quality, fresh produce, casual dining pub in Cornwall.

Candidates must be passionate about food, have strong food knowledge, creativity and ambition.

The Inn, is located in the southernmost tip of Cornwall and is a stone's throw from the beach, hosting eight beautiful 4 star bedrooms.

This is a great opportunity for a chef who craves creativity and enjoys working with fresh, local, and seasonal produce. Candidates should ideally either have prior Sous Chef experience or have good, tried, and tested fresh food knowledge and be ready for the next step in their career.
