Police investigating vandalism to bus shelter in Porthleven

Police are investigating following vandalism to a bus shelter in Porthleven.

Yesterday, a resident reported in a community group that the vandals attempted to remove the bench from the shelter in the Wellington Road area.

The incident is thought to have happened between Friday 13th and Monday 16th November.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said:

"Police are investigating reports of criminal damage to a bus shelter on Wellington Road, Porthleven.

"It was reported that damage was caused to the bench."

Anyone who witnessed the incident and anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting CR/096492/20.
