There will be more roads closed in Helston this week, as resurfacing work is carried out on the A3083.
The closure will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700 on a daily basis, weekdays only.

Work that will close the A394 road between Falmouth and Helston is due to begin tonight.
The road will be closed from the Treliever Roundabout, Falmouth all the way to the roundabout near Falmouth Road, Helston.

The Met Office has issued Falmouth a yellow weather warning for Sunday (9th February) due to Storm Ciara.
The storm is due to bring in extremely high winds which may see some disruption to public travel.

At approximately 0705 on Thursday 6th February 2020, Police were notified to a road traffic collision on the B3302 between Hayle and Helston.
The collision involved a blue Peugeot and a silver Volkswagon transporter.

A new shop is due to open in Helston tomorrow.
'Everything Cornish' will be owned by Wearnes, Established Cornish family Jewellers since 1869, who also have a business in Helston & Falmouth. They are the founders of Cornish Tin & Gold.
