Sunday 12th June: Woodfired Sessions - Meg Schirnhofer

Let's get summer underway with a cocktail and a shimmy at Polurrian's Woodfired Sessions.

Meg Schirnhofer performs classic cover songs from the 60s right up to today. Pop, rock, soul, motown, whatever the style and era of the music, Megan is guaranteed to get people singing and dancing! Expect soul-stirring hits from the likes of Dusty Springfield, Dolly Parton, Ray Charles, Elton John, Amy Winehouse among others.

Woodfired Sunday lunch is available from 12 - 4pm. Meg Schirnhofer plays at 4pm Woodfired pizzas are available from 6pm (or as a takeaway).

Sunday 12th June: Sunday Lunch & Sax with Lynney Freeflow

Sunday Lunch and Sax. We still have tasty roasts with all the trimmings, on our Sunday Menu along with a few carefully selected favourites.

Join us this Sunday, and relax and enjoy your lunch to the soothing sounds of a saxophone playing gently in the background by Lynney Freeflow.

Sunday 12th June: Guided Chough and Wildlife Walk

Help us celebrate the 70th anniversary of National Nature Reserves and 20 years of Chough successfully breeding in Cornwall, by joining Rangers from the Linking the Lizard Countryside Partnership for a Chough and wildlife walk along the cliffs of The Lizard Peninsula.

On this two-hour walk, we will introduce you to rare plants, local wildlife, and the Cornish Choughs while taking in the stunning scenery and sharing some information on the work that goes into keeping this place special.

Well-behaved dogs on leads welcome. Please come in sturdy footwear and bring some waterproofs in case of showers. Attending the walk is free of charge. Car parking charges may apply at the walk meeting point.
