The popular cafe in Helston which also is a home for rescue donkeys has announced that they will be reopening tomorrow (3rd of February) after being closed for four months.

The Crate originally set up during the pandemic, they said when all seemed so bad they wanted to bring coffee and cake to everyone and ever since have become increasingly popular with their selection of tasty treats.

During the times it's been closed the team has been busy making changes, there has been a new kitchen fitted and more extra seating and space added.

Dawn Jones who owns the crate was looking forward to reopening, she said: "It's taken time to get everything installed and improved! We have missed our customers and are excited to reopen."

After the opening tomorrow, The Crate will then be open from Thursday to Sunday 9 am to 3 pm every week.
