On Wednesday the 22nd of February, a charity concert will be held at Helston Central Methodist Church to raise money for Penryn based charity, BF Adventure.

BF Adventure's mission is to support children and young people on a journey of positive change. They give them the tools to identify and overcome their own challenges and give them an overall sense of empowerment. They are passionate about enabling them to overcome barriers to education, work, and social interaction.

BF Adventure's charity programme in action!

BF Adventure uses its 60-acre outdoor activity centre to help Cornwall's most vulnerable children and young people to realise their potential. Their centre now supports ~4,000 children and young people a year through charity programmes, tailored school residential, and its National Citizen Service programme.

The charity concert will have performances from the Four Lanes Male Choir and The Pentyr Singers. There will be no charge to attend the night although there will be a chance to donate and take part in a raffle with all funds going to BF Adventure.

You can find out more about the charity's work here: Alternative Education Charity for Young People.
