A brand new community group just for mums is coming to Helston.

This Mum Runs is set to launch in Helston - a brand new community for Mums who want to make a bit more time for themselves.

The aim of the group is to connect, support and empower Mums to be a bit healthier, happier and enjoy some 'Me Time'.

The Helston group will be part of a global community of more than 100,000 mums in This Mum Runs.

Announced by Bev Plunkett, Community Leader, she said:

"The TMR community is a space to share your running (and life) challenges and successes - safe in the knowledge that you are surrounded by the biggest bunch of cheerleaders you will ever find.

"It's a safe space where you can talk about anything, and be assured that people will understand, and support you through anything.

"Support, encouragement, positivity, honesty is what we are aiming for here."
