A popular Porthleven seafood eatery has announced it will be trialling delivery to Helston this Saturday.

The Mussel Shoal, which is named after the famous recording studio in Tennesse, Muscle Shoals, has been serving Porthleven residents fresh seafood and french cuisine since last summer.

Helston residents are able to order lobster mac and cheese, salt and pepper squid and much more from their website.

All of the food will be delivered in eco-friendly packaging and can be taken right to the doorstep, or wherever is requested.

Kelvin Batt, owner of The Mussel Shoal told Nub News:

"We are excited to trial our food delivery to Helston.

"It feels good to be able to feed more people some Mussel Shoal food.

"The lobster mac and cheese is a must-have."

The delivery service will operate from 5 till 9 and you will need to place your order at least three hours before.

You can find out more by visiting The Mussel Shoal website.
