Police locate drugs in vehicle following late-night pursuit in Helston

Drugs were uncovered in a vehicle that failed to stop for officers in Helston last night.
"One man has been detained by police suspected drugs located in a vehicle that initially failed to stop in Helston," Falmouth Police said.
A spokesperson for Alliance Roads Policing Team said:
"This vehicle was seized for no insurance after a pursuit in Helston. The driver made off but will be dealt with. Safety restored now that this is off the road.
"Thanks to Armed Response team of Devon & Cornwall, Falmouth Police and Cornwall Police Dogs for their help."
