New locations confirmed for night paddleboard tours around Falmouth and Helston
A company offering night-time tours on paddleboards has announced new locations around Helston and Falmouth.
Back in March, Falmouth Nub News interviewed the team behind the business that created Cornwall's first Night Paddleboard tours.
The aim was to create a unique night-time activity in the county that offered an alternative to the pub.
Although you see many people paddleboarding in Cornwall they believe that at night with their underwater lighting system, it adds a whole new dimension to the experience.
On the website, it says: "The lights allow you to see the crystal clear waters of Cornwall in a whole new way, with the vibrant colours of the underwater world coming to life beneath your feet."
The team was happy to announce their new locations after originally trialing different areas.
Coastland - Mylor: An open water adventure within The River Fal. Excellent facilities are available on-site, such as a kitchen, changing rooms, fire pit, and camping. There is also a container converted into a kitchen serving delicious food - Pretty Tasty.
Trevassack Lake - Helston: A magnificent 10-acre lake with fully inclusive amenities. Perfect for families, beginners, or anyone who doesn't like the open sea or prefers warmer waters. Also on offer is a Thai street food restaurant just five minutes away from the lake - Thai Cuisine - Jumunjy.
Both locations offer parking and changing facilities, you can find out more about them here: Our Locations
The tours last 45 minutes and are open to all skill levels, anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
