A Helston clothes shop is set to host a charity fashion show in order to raise money for Marie Curie.

M&Co, based on Meneage Street are hoping to welcome 50 people to the event on Friday 6th March, at £5 each.

Marie Curie is a charity that provides care and support for people living with any terminal illness and their families.

Lyn Roskruge, manager at M&Co, told Nub News:

"This fashion show is actually quite close to one of our members of staff because she has recently got over cancer and she was dealt with by Marie Curie.

"There will be a raffle on the evening, and then we will model clothing from our store, modelling ladies, mens and childrens.

"It is quite a lot of work but it is for a nice charity at the end of it and it is a community effort because a lot of the locals will come in on the evening to see the show, I would definitely recommend that other shops get involved in things like this."

You can buy tickets for the fashion show from in-store.
