Helston: Free chips to celebrate Fraser's Fish & Chips anniversary

A Helston fish and chip shop is celebrating a milestone this week with free chips.

Pete and Sue Fraser, who own Harbour Lights in Falmouth and Fraser's in Penzance opened their new shop at Turnpike back in March 2021 - celebrating their 1st birthday on Monday (28th).

To make the occasion even more special, it looks likely that Fraser's will fry their 1 millionth chip sometime this week. Look out for a special something in your takeaway bag if you get that golden chip.

Owner Pete Fraser said:

"I can't quite believe how quickly this year has gone by and the joy it has been, being in Helston. I'd like to say a massive thank you to the people of this great town for supporting us over the last year – we really appreciate you coming through the doors.

"To mark this milestone we're offering free chips to everyone who purchases a main meal with us on Monday. It would be great to see you down at Fraser's, to celebrate with us."

Fraser's is open from 4 – 8pm on Monday.
