As part of the Helston Christmas late night shopping  the Chamber of Commerce will be putting on a Christmas card competition for pre-teens aged 5-12.

The top 30 card designs created will be on display over the Christmas period, Santa and the Mayor of Helston will be judging and awarding a winner. They will receive a Deluxe 168-piece deluxe art kit and their winning festive card design will be mounted, framed, and presented to the winner. Additionally, ready for the festive season next year, 1,000 jumbo Christmas Cards will be printed with the winning design. Proceeds from the sale of the winner's Christmas card design will be donated to their school.

Here are the details on how to enter:

Artwork for the Christmas Card Competition should ideally be 210mm x 210mm size paper (That's a square part of an A4 sheet of paper). Please write your name and age and phone contact on the back of the artwork, the age of children must be 5 to 12 years old.
