Helston bicycle shop announces temporary closure after sharp rise in local covid cases

Helston bike shop, Giant Store has announced a temporary closure of its store on Meneage Street.

The closure comes after a rise in infection rates in the area, the shop will be closed until at least the end of the month.

Any orders leftover, customers will still be able to make collections.

Announcing the news on social media, a spokesperson for Giant Store said:

"As an employer, I need to ensure the safety of my staff, customers and neighbours.

"I am truly sorry if this adversely impacts on you however I am sure that you will respect my decision and would appreciate you spreading and sharing this message on any social platform that you can.

"I will review this decision at the end of January when hopefully we can re-open."
