For anyone looking for a different way to spoil Mum this Mother's Day - a Mullion hotel is offering a special afternoon tea option.
On Sunday 27th March Polurrian on the Lizard has a variety of things going on.
There will be a special edition of their popular Woodfired Sessions.
Choose a Sunday roast cooked over a flame in the Gozney oven or opt for delicious afternoon tea, with live music from Callum Flew. Sip a cheeky cocktail or two while drinking in the view of Mounts Bay and being serenaded by all the jazz, swing, and big band favourites. Afternoon tea costs from £19.50 per person including all the usual treats, or make it a Cornish Fizz affair from £28.50 per person with a glass of Camel Valley Brut. There's even a kid's afternoon tea version for the little ones with hot chocolate or milkshake, from £9.50. Food served from 12pm, live music from 4pm.
