A Helston taxi company has been recognised as one of the top three in Cornwall.

Dan Dan The Taximan was handpicked by website Three Best Rated, the site which picks the 3 top local tradesmen in the area, the list included Abby Taxis Wadebridge and A1 Cars St Ives.

Three Best Rated checks business's reviews, reputation, history, complaints, ratings, satisfaction, proximity, trust, cost and general excellence, using a 50-Point Inspection.

"After the last year with everything everyone has been through it's nice to wake up to this," Daniel Lomas of Helston's Dan Dan The Taximan said.

Speaking to Nub News on the recommendation, Daniel added:

"It's my second award in two years, last year was SME awards best taxi services for Helston 2019 and it is an honour to be nominated by the customers as it proves I must be doing something right.

"Dan Dan the Taximan's been running for 3 years almost and it's been going from strength to strength, unfortunately, this year has been a very hard year with covid and everything else making it more difficult and survival is harder than ever before."
