Yesterday (12th) was the first day back for The Rodney Inn, since December, with owners Terry and Emma Ealey calling it a "marvellous day."

The Rodney, based on Meneage Street, reopened their beer garden with pub-goers heading to the much-loved venue yesterday morning for drinks in the sun.

The hustle and bustle was back in Helston yesterday with most of the towns barbershops, cafes and pubs all back in business following the easing of restrictions.

Emma Ealey was delighted to be back, she told Nub News:

"It was a marvellous day - so lovely to see our brilliant customers again. However, we do recommend booking a seat/table because we're so limited on space."
