Helston Branch Manager Martin Clements praised the ongoing hard work of everyone at Bradleys Estate Agents as the company scooped big at the recent Negotiator Awards in London.

Hosted by Rob Beckett at Grovesnor Hotel in Park Lane, over 1000 estate agents were in attendance to find out who was going to win the various awards following a very dramatic last 2 years since the last event.

Bradleys Estate Agents were once again shortlisted for various awards. Mostly looking forward to the 'Estate Agency of the Year' award which they have won on the last three occasions.

The tension grew throughout the night having been awarded Bronze for Lettings Agency of the year and Silver for Land and New Homes Agency of the year.

When the time came it was announced they were further shortlisted to the last three followed by the announcement that the winners were Bradleys.

Reflecting on the achievement, Helston Branch Manager Martin Clements said:

"What a privilege to be part of something so special. It shows what a team can do when they pull together. Again it shows the complete property service really does work with awards for the brand Bradley's, the new homes and lettings. A gold silver and bronze completes the set. The hard work of every individual makes it happen."

Bradleys Estate Agents Managing Director, Chris Baxter, commented:

The judges commented on Bradleys strong focus on customer care, treating them like the staff themselves would want to be treated, with the aim to have customers for life.

"All Estate Agents in the country should aim to operate with this in mind," they said.
