Right in the heart of town lies the Helston branch of Bradleys Estate Agents, a long-serving client, and community-orientated business.

The office team, based on Meneage Street, work later than any other agent in the town operating until 6pm and working from home until 10pm in the evening, making it easier for clients to register for viewings and look at houses.

Martin Clements (branch manager), Lorraine Hockley, Paul Suddes (negotiators), and Lydia Catherall, all live locally and offer the complete property service in the town.

Martin Clements - Branch Manager

I have now been working as a branch manager in Helston for 5 successful years.

I am extremely proud to work for the southwest's largest independent estate agent. I love helping with people's dream house moves and pride myself on offering the best customer service.

I have been an agent in town for nearly 10 years and recently moved to the Helston area. I have lived in Cornwall for 35 years growing up in Penzance and Newlyn. I am a proud father to two wonderful children. I love being outdoors and exploring our wonderful coastline.

Lorraine Hockley - Negotiator

I have worked in estate agency for 14 years, and have been with Bradleys for 7 years.

I used to work for a solicitors, I am a qualified paralegal. I originally worked in Falmouth specialising in lettings but decided I wanted to move back to my hometown, and when I came to Bradleys they helped me on sales side.

I love the fact we live in a really lovely part of Cornwall, with the Lizard being an area of outstanding natural beauty, it is so diverse. One minute you'll be doing a town centre flat, and the next minute you will be dealing with a house on the coast that's approaching a million pounds.

I love Helston, I have lived in the town for about 11 years, it is very traditional but really beautiful.

We have got a real mix of characters in the office, we work really well together, we bounce off each other and we never argue. I love the fact we can discuss any matter, and we have a great working relationship together.

I am a bit of a social butterfly and enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

Paul Suddes - Negotiator

I started at Bradleys in September last year, moving back to Cornwall from Bristol. It is a line of industry that I am very suited to, Bradleys really stood out to me when I was researching which company I wanted to work for.

I found that around 50% of the staff have been in the company for over ten years, if staff were staying here for that amount of time then they must be doing something right.

Each day is a little bit different, you get to see some wonderful properties, you get to meet some wonderful people. When you get people coming to collect their keys and you see how happy they are, or you get gifts for helping them sell their property, that does give you a huge amount of joy.

In my spare time, I love a game of golf and playing football.

Lydia Catherall

I recently just started here but everyone is really friendly. I love houses, every time I am driving about I am looking at properties. I really wanted to get into estate agency, it is about helping people find their dream home, I love it.

It is a local trusted estate agent and everyone is like a family in here, I was excited to join Bradleys and not just be a person selling houses but to be part of a team, whilst helping local people find their ideal homes.

In my spare time I love gardening and fishing.
