This week, Martin Clements of Bradleys Estate Agents Helston celebrated 5 years at the company.

The news was shared by Bradleys Estate Agents on social media, with five other employees from various areas celebrating similar achievements.

Martin has been an agent in the town for 10 years and lived in Cornwall for 35 years growing up in Penzance and Newlyn.

Martin Clements, Branch Manager, told Nub News:

"The thing that I wanted to implement when I moved over to Bradleys is what I class as old fashioned estate agency and that is knowing our client base.

"The market was drifting towards online agents and selling, I didn't like that, I think what sells houses is our staff and the reason they sell houses is that they know the people.

"I came from butchery and fishmongery before this and it is about an over-the-counter experience, it is about knowing people's names, knowing what they like and don't like. All we want is to be recognised as a good quality, reliable agent in the town."

Martin added:

"Five years proudly working for the largest independent estate agents in the South West but this is not just work, I am part of the Bradley's family. Can't wait for the next five years."
