The Polurrian on the Lizard is a coastal hotel that offers guests an ideal Cornish retreat on a stunning clifftop setting but locals who may not be looking for a night away can still take advantage of the hotel's free weekly live music events.

The Woodfired Sessions happen every Sunday and offer a great selection of musical acts as well as the Woodfired Sunday lunch and Pizzas. So let us take a look through what's coming up next in 2023.

Woodfired Sessions - True Foxes - Sunday 8th January

True Foxes are a female folk/pop duo, performing originals and covers, and will be sure to hit all the right notes on a Sunday afternoon at Polurrian.

Woodfired Sunday lunch is available from 12–4 pm.

True Foxes play at 4 pm.

Woodfired pizzas are available from 6 pm (or as a takeaway).

Woodfired Sessions - Adam Parfitt - Sunday 15th January

Adam is a full-time musician, performing a mixture of contemporary and classic pop/rock and indie tunes from legendary artists such as The Beatles, Mumford and Sons, Led Zeppelin, The Kooks, The Killers, Oasis, and many many more. Let the good times roll!

Woodfired Sunday lunch is available from 12-4 pm.

Adam Parfitt plays at 4 pm.

For this Woodfired Session, they welcome talented songwriter Jenna Witts, for her Polurrian debut!

Strongly influenced by life on the Cornish coast, her songs will inspire and entertain, and with three albums released already, Jenna is definitely one to watch...

Woodfired Sessions - Skye-Anna Mackay - Sunday 5th February

Skye-Anna Mackay is a young and super-talented indie-pop singer/songwriter from Falmouth and has both had her songs played out on BBC radio and played them live for the 'BBC Introducing' live sessions. Having already supported world-famous artists such as Newton Faulkner and John Buckley and performing at festivals including Boardmasters, Leopallooza, The Great Estate, and Little Orchard Festival, Skye-Anna has just released her debut album, 'Captivated', and is one to watch in the future. Just remember where you saw her first!
