[H3] Friday: Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga Class [.H2]

A Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga class with Sandra every Friday at Andrew Hall, Church Street, Helston.

This class is suitable for all levels. It's a gentle pace of yoga melding breath with movement.

Mats and props provided but bring your own if you have.

Half Term breakfast special. Served from 9:30am to 11:30am.

[H3] Saturday: Vynyl Re-Vyvyl - Godolphin Club [.H2]

Local rock band Vynyl Re-Vyvyl are back at The Godolphin Club

Kicks off from 9pm on Saturday 19th February.

[H3] Sunday: Woodfired Sessions - Ashley Harding [.H2]

Live music, great company, and a feast of delicious, woodfired food. It's how we do things on Sunday afternoons.

Ashley Harding will bring you his take on country, blues, and pop classics.

Woodfired Sunday lunch is available from 12-4pm. Woodfired pizzas are available from 6pm.
