Helston bar and nightclub Trelawney's is set to host a Santa's grotto this weekend.

The team at Trelawney's will be spreading some covid safe festive cheer with a DJ playing Christmas music for children to dance along with.

The event will be covid safe for everybody who attends, socially distanced, children will be within 2 metres distance of Santa whilst still enjoying this Christmas experience.

What's on offer?

• No entry fee.

• Each child will receive a free gift from Santa himself.

• The event will be COVID safe so masks still apply as well as the 2m distancing rule.

• Refreshments can be provided for the adults at just a small price. Just £1 each.

• Bar open for adults also as well as hot chocolate and soft drinks for children.

Courtney Rowe of Trelawney's told Nub News:

"The team at Trelawney's are overwhelmed with the response this event has had and are so excited to see the beautiful smiles of the children when they see Santa on Saturday.

"There will be colouring competitions, socially distanced dancing for the children as well as a nice hot cuppa for the mums and dads.

"So, come along. Enjoy the fun and get right into the Christmas Spirit. Even you feel too old, you can still come and see the big man in red."
