The latest planning applications in and around Helston

An application has been submitted for the construction of a new two-bedroom dwelling on land adjacent to 12 Seneschall Park, Helston.

On Godolphin Road, an application submitted for a replacement single-storey extension to rear of dwelling and demolition of small outbuilding.

On Almshouse Hill, Helston listed building consent sought for the formation of new pedestrian access over the grade II listed water conduit.

Pendeen Road, Porthleven, a proposed self-contained annexe for a dependent relative.

Proposed development of 2 bungalows in Treza Farm, Porthleven has been refused.

Plans for proposed stables are set to go ahead at Carsluick Barn, Godolphin Cross. Approved this week.

In Wendron, a decision is to be made on the provision of a poly tunnel for vegetable and fruit growing at Gaia Farm.
