Series of items stolen from horse lorry in Ruan Minor

Police have urged people to keep an eye out for equestrian equipment being sold after numerous items were stolen from a horse lorry in Ruan Minor.

The lorry was parked when thieves entered the lorry and took various items of equestrian clothing.

The police believe the items were stolen sometime between 10:30am and 11:15am on Saturday 17th October.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall police said:

"We are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information in connection with a report of a theft of equestrian clothing from a horse lorry which was parked in the area of Ruan Minor, Helston."

The items stolen include:

A long tweed coat, pale beige with fine purple line, size 16.

A navy blue jacket, size 16.

Beige with yellow line checked tweed riding jacket, size 16.

Olive green tweed jacket, size 16.

Shires tweed jacket, navy blue on the collar and pocket trim.

A suitcase.

Jodhpurs.

2 x children's tweed jackets.

Gloves.

Equetech riding shirts.

The police added:

"If you are offered any similar items or have any information please phone 101 or email [email protected] quoting crime CR/087649/20."
