Plans have been released showing the layout of the new Anns Pasties cafe in The Lizard.

A licensing application has been lodged for the late-night refreshment and sale by retail of alcohol, moving to Steps Newsagent.

Anns Pasties is taking over the former licensed newsagents/off licence site to open a licensed pasty cafe (same as the Porthleven shop.)

The premises will be on the ground floor of the building and split into an ice cream sales and pasty/coffee/cakes and drinks to consume both on and off the premises, small outside seating area to the direct side and front.

The application for the timings are Monday to Saturday 10am-11pm and Sunday 10am till 10pm.

Anns Pasties are also looking for staff ahead of the opening, adding:

"We are looking for both supervisors and retail staff ahead of the exciting opening of our new shop/cafe situated in The Lizard.

"We are looking to open ahead of the Easter holidays and are looking for both full time and part-time team members with a hopeful start day towards the end of March."
