See inside the new Helston Fraser's fish and chip shop

This evening (23rd) signalled the opening of Fraser's fish and chips, Turnpike in Helston.
Pete and Sue Fraser, who own Harbour Lights in Falmouth and Fraser's in Penzance opened their new premises today, the place has undergone a full refit and rebrand.
The shop has a fresh new look, a clean design, an open plan kitchen with decorations of fish and smart wooden fittings.
All the fish and chip shop classics just made really well, the cod I tried was really tasty, juicy and flaky with a crispy skin.
Pete Fraser told Nub News:
"It has been about 5 weeks of building work and it is a brilliant feeling to finally open.
"We now have 3 shops, every shop we tweak a little, it has a nice clean look, we are serving sustainable fish and gluten-free from next week. We are going to push click and collect, and we are also going into deliveries very soon.
"I live in Helston, I enjoyed 19 years at Culdrose and needed something else to focus on so moved into fish and chips and it has been a lot of fun."
The opening times going forwards are Tuesday - Saturday 4:30 - 7:30pm.
