Over 500 properties are said to be struggling with power this morning around Mullion and Cury.

The issue was reported at 10am this morning with Western Power saying there has been a fault in the substation - and to expect intermittent cuts for a while.

Power is expected to be restored in the next couple of hours.

A spokesperson for Western Power said:

"We are aware of this power cut incident which was raised at 10am this morning and our engineers are working to get the power returned as quickly as possible. We are sorry for any inconvenience this is causing you."
