Police searching for man with shotgun after Mullion armed robbery

Police are appealing for more information following an armed robbery in Mullion.

At 6.20am on Saturday (14th) a man entered the Spar Convenience Store in Churchtown with a double-barrelled shotgun and demanded the contents of the till leaving the store with the cash and tobacco.

The police believe he then headed in the direction of the Churchyard.

Devon and Cornwall Police provided a possible description of the man saying:

"He is described as being over 6 feet tall, possibly in his thirties and was wearing a full-face balaclava, black coat and wellies.

"Police are keen to reassure the public that this is being treated as an isolated incident.

"Police are appealing for witnesses who may have information in relation to this incident or knows the identity of the man in the photo to please call 101 and quote crime reference CR/22311/20."
