Police are stepping up patrols in Helston to combat anti-social behaviour

Police presence has been increased in Helston following a series of anti-social behaviour-related incidents.

In two incidents, damage was caused to a wall and a fence on Sunday 1st March between 5pm and 8pm.

Devon and Cornwall Police said:

"Reports of anti-social behaviour taking place in the area of Gilberts Court, Horse and Jockey Lane, Helston. Damage has been caused and persons congregating.

"We aim to increase patrols but ask for the public to be vigilant and report any anti-social behaviour by phoning 999 if it is taking place at the time. If possible please take note of descriptions."
