People continue to ignore Helston Skatepark closure

Coronation Park say people continue to use the skatepark despite closure.

Following the latest lockdown guidance, Coronation Park announced last week the skatepark would be closed during lockdown.

The park team revealed that despite closing the park last week some people are still using the skatepark.

A spokesperson for Coronation Park said:

"The gates have been locked and signage has been put in place advising that the area is closed.

"This is being ignored by some and they are continuing to use the skatepark despite the closure.

"I am sure we would all like to continue to go about our lives as normal but until such a time as that is possible we respectfully ask people to follow the rules."
