It was a close call for a walker and two dogs after being cut off by the tide in Porthleven.

Mullion and Porthleven Coastguard teams were tasked at just after 1pm on Sunday (6th) to extract everyone.

Both teams worked together by lowering two rope rescue technicians to the beach, to retrieve both dogs and their owner.

The teams were also assisted by Penlee Lifeboat.
