Local coastguard teams called out following seizure incident on the coastpath
An evening call out for the coastguard after a seizure.
Teams from Mullion and Porthoustock Coastguard were tasked this evening after a seizure incident on the coastpath.
At around 8:30pm they were called to assist Cornwall Air Ambulance and the South Western Ambulance Service to a casualty who had a seizure on the SW Coastpath between Cadgwith and Kennack Sands.
With the assistance of Porthoustock Coastguard Rescue Team, the casualty was carried onto a stretcher from the location to a land ambulance for onward transportation to the hospital.
No further information was provided on the casualty.
