Skilled Labourer with Technique Property Services Limited

Applicants with previous experience are preferred but not essential.

Duties will include;

• Unload materials, preparation work, and set up any necessary equipment

• Carry out digging and mixing of materials

• Application of products with full instructions from your supervisor

• Generally help the site supervisor

• Ensure the site is kept clean and tidy

• Clean and store away equipment and tools

• Always follow Health and Safety regulations

• Full training provided

Applicants will require a CSCS card and hold a valid driving licence with no more than 6 points.

A basic week is 40 hours, however, you will need to be flexible with hours, as you will need to travel to sites and you will need to be available to work away when required.

You will need to be able to get to an agreed meeting point every morning, where the van will leave for the site each day.

Due to expansion, We are seeking an organised hard working person to work within our fast-paced creative environment within a close working team.

Responsibilities will involve engraving personalised jewellery orders and computer based design work. We strive to ensure orders reach the customers within a timely manner, so working to target and good organisational skills is essential.

Liaising with customers via the telephone to discuss orders is also necessary, so a good telephone manner is also required.

Additional responsibilities would involve attending occasional trade shows across the country, customer-facing and actively selling our brand.

Full training will be provided, however good computer skills and experience will Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Wordpress is advantageous.

We are ideally seeking a candidate on a part-time temporary basis. However dependant on experience, we could look to employ on a full-time permanent basis.

This role is primarily Monday to Friday, also occasional weekend would be required at peak trading weeks.

Housekeeping at Cost Cleaning

You will be working in a busy team preparing houses for incoming guests. The properties are five stars and so need a high level of an eye for detail and you must be able to work at a fast pace.

You must have your own transportation as you will be travelling to different locations within your working day.
