January crime statistics for Helston and the surrounding area

The latest crime figures released by police show how many crimes were committed in Helston and the wider area in January 2021.

The map shows that 46 crimes were reported in January, 24 for anti-social behaviour, 9 for violence and sexual offences and 6 for criminal damage, 7 for other reasons.

15 crimes were reported in Porthleven, 8 for violence and sexual offences, 3 for anti-social behaviour and 1 for burglary.

17 crimes were committed in Lizard (covering Mullion and Coverack) - 9 of those were for violence and sexual offences.

Mullion saw 7 crimes in January, 4 of which were also for violence and sexual offences.

Crime figures for February 2021 have not yet been released.
