The Helston Rotary Club has organised a Trolly Dash with Sainsbury's to raise money for the Helston Mustard Seed Foodbank this winter.

Tickets will be sold at Sainsbury's from Saturday the 3rd of December until the 10th and will cost £1, the draw to decide the winners will then be announced at 16:00 on the 10th of December.

The lucky winner will then get the chance to have a 3-minute dash at 16:00 on the 18th of December, but don't worry you can still enter and get someone to do the dash for you.

If you are one of the winners here is all you need to know for your Trolly dash:

• One person pushing, one loading
• No trolley passengers
• Maximum trolley content £300
• Maximum number of 3 individual items
• No alcohol, tobacco, or homewares
• No phone or phone credit cards or any gift cards.
• The draw winner can nominate a substitute runner.
• Second and third prizes of £50 and £25
