There have been reports of an incident heading towards The Lizard this evening on the A3083.

Residents from The Lizard reported seeing a car on the roof, with the route "not passable."

Police, fire and ambulance crews are reported to be on the scene.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said:

"A3083 both ways blocked due to overturned vehicle between A394 Meneage Road and B3293/ Garras turn-off. Traffic is coping well."
