Helston Traffic Watch: Man and child involved in overturned vehicle incident - the latest update

Last night, police were called to reports of a vehicle that had rolled over on the A3083 route towards The Lizard.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said:

"Police were called at 9:35pm to the A3083 near Helston following reports of a single-vehicle collision.

"It was reported that the vehicle was located on its roof.

"The occupants, a man and a child, were checked over by paramedics at the scene for possible minor injuries.

"A 32-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of drink driving. He was taken to hospital to be checked over as a precaution and was later dearrested. Police enquiries continue in relation to this matter."
