"I live by Spar. I take my dog down past Spar, turn up Trengrouse Way, walk to the end, turn right down past Cricket Club, keep going till I get to Sainsbury's/Flambards, turn up Casterills rd, keep going along Meneage rd, cross over by church then home. Takes me exactly 1 hour."
