Helston residents invited to have a say on rubbish and recycling services

Residents in Helston and the surrounding areas are being invited by Cornwall Council to have a say on Biffa's rubbish and recycling services.
Biffa Municipal Ltd ("Biffa") is conducting this survey as the provider of the Waste and Recycling services to Cornwall Council.
The survey's open until the end of the month.
