Helston residents delighted as Trevena Cross Garden Centre reopens

Trevena Cross Garden Centre reopened its doors this week with "strict" social distancing measures in place.

The garden centre announced the news on social media saying:

"The garden staff will be able to help you obtain goods from within the shop as required, and any queuing will take place outside in the open air, again in accordance with strict social distancing measures.

"Staff and customer safety is our number one priority, and uncompromising hygiene will be at the forefront of all services offered.

"This re-opening is in addition to our ongoing home delivery service, and also click and collect service, which we can organise collection of from our main car park (previously overflow) if you place an order at [email protected] or call 01736 763880 (9am -5pm)."

Residents were getting excited by the news with well over 300 likes on the announcement, one comment read:

"So pleased your reopening, stay safe and good luck."

A second read:

"Good luck with your reopening we will be definitely visiting very soon and abiding by the keeping safe and distance rules... very pleased that you are able to reopen."

A third read:

"Excellent! Have missed coming there for all my garden needs."
