Helston pub to celebrate fourth anniversary

This Saturday, The Rodney Inn based on Meneage Street will celebrate its fourth year of business.

The pub has become well known for its live music, hosting bands every Friday and Saturday.

Terry and Emma Ealey run the pub, Terry told Nub News:

"Emma had a pub in North Devon and I met her up there and we moved down together and both wanted to create a pub that we would want to drink in, that is our mission statement."

"We have got a band on Friday night called The Archons and on Saturday night a band called The Barracuda's, we are just going to have a party."

Emma and Terry praised customers on Facebook for their support, saying:

"Thanks to all of our brilliant customers for their support since we've been here, our amazing staff and the bands that help us make The Rod the home of Helston music."
