A team leader job vacancy has opened at the Costa Coffee Helston, Meneage Street.

As a Barista Maestro, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading shifts when assigned by the Store Manager.
  • Taking responsibility for delivering brand standards.
  • Cash management.
  • Opening and closing the store/preparing for the shift to brand standard.
  • Ordering consumables/food.
  • Monitoring/delivering service to brand standard.
  • Ensuring our service standards are met by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages, and food products in a friendly, fast-paced, and upbeat environment.
  • Delivering a high level of customer service and interaction.
  • Training all team members to Barista level Health and Safety/Food Safety checks.

The successful candidate for this role will have:

  • Excellent communication skills Barista experience.
  • Good organisational skills with ability to plan training.
  • Passion for coffee standards and brand excellence.
  • Supervisory experience (desirable).
  • As a Costa Coffee Barista Maestro you'll be delivering the best coffee experience to every guest along with the highest levels of customer service.

The role has added benefits of discounted/free food. The shifts will be 8 hours.
