Helston jewellery shop announces reopening date

Popular Helston jewellery shop Wearnes, based on Meneage Street has announced a reopening date.

Wearnes has shops in Helston and Falmouth and in a recent announcement said they are hoping to reopen both stores on the 15th June - with safety measures in place.

Wearnes shut all the shops on 23rd March due situation over safeguarding to protect staff and customers.

A spokesperson for Wearnes said:

"We'd like to apologise for being absent on our socials, however, we are excited to announce that we are back and will hopefully be re-opening on the 15th of June in Helston & Falmouth with all Coronavirus measures implemented.

"We'd also like to remind everyone that we will still be looking to buy second-hand jewellery, watches & any scrap gold, silver, palladium & platinum.

"We hope to see you all soon and thank you all for your amazing support."

Wearnes recently opened a new shop, Everything Cornish.
