Bring your ghoulish girls and banshee boys along to the Queen's Arms in Breage this Halloween for two hours of fearsome fun. Price: £4 per child on the door. Fancy dress very much encouraged!

31st October, The Ship Inn 1930-2200, Spooky Stories.

Do you like scary stories? Join us in The Smithy at the Ship Inn on Halloween for a seriously spooky Institute of Stories.

We'll be lighting the candles and sharing chilling tales of ghouls, ghostly happenings and supernatural goings-on.

This is a free event - just buy your own drinks at the bar.

  • *******

31st October, The Rodney Inn 2000-2300, Cheesy Halloween Spectacular.

  • * PLEASE NOTE THIS IS FANCY DRESS ** if you can do it. Prizes for the best!!

It was a dark, scary, night in Old Helston Town. All seemed serene on the eve of All Saints Day. However, there were dark deeds happening at the Rodney Inn. Come and hear the rest of the story, set to music, if you dare?

Terry has promised a fondue (or was it fondle) to celebrate his birthday and Halloween!

We'll provide some cheesy music so that you can avoid the doorstep terrorists that are trick or treating.

Some of the songs we'll be doing could be: I Gouda a Feeling; Camemberby Light my Fire; I Love Roquefort and Roll; Starmanchego; Gypsy's, Tramps and Cheese etc.
