Ruan Minor at 18/11/2018 21:36At 20:11 this evening the Critical Control Centre mobilised one appliance from Mullion to reports of a gorse fire.

Once in attendance firefighters requested a further two fire appliances. St Keverne and Helston were mobilised immediately.

Firefighters are currently dealing with approx. 2 X 100m fronts of high gorse on fire. Beaters and two Hose Reels are in use, to extinguish the fire.
