Swallows of Helston Gymnastics Club, are offering free virtual fitness classes during lockdown.

The club, based at Gunsmiths, is running the sessions over zoom all week, every week until gyms can reopen again.

The sessions are for all ages from toddlers to adult, if you would like to join in then please email: [email protected].
