26th Mar 2020 | Local News

All of Helston will be joining in a round of applause for NHS staff at 8pm tonight.

The Clap for our Carers campaign is asking everyone around the UK to join together at once to thank the people working tirelessly at the NHS during these difficult times.

In a post from the Clap for our Carers campaign, they said:

"During these unprecedented times, they need to know we are grateful."

The applause will be taking place from Falmouth's front doors, gardens, windows and balconies as a way to celebrate and show appreciation for all of the staff's hard work.
