A bungalow in Gweek of "poor quality" is to be demolished and replaced with a new house.

The current building at Sunny Acre is a detached three bedroomed dormer bungalow constructed in the 1950s.

Submitted by Ms Freeman, the plans are to replace the building which is "beyond economic improvement to current standards."

The work includes the demolition of existing bungalow and garage. Replace with similar style dormer bungalow of slightly smaller footprint. The new house will be positioned slightly further south (approx 4m) to allow for turning of vehicles.

The status of the application is "awaiting decision".
